Apply Job Description Primary Purpose:
The Senior Project Finance Lead is primarily responsible for providing project leadership over the management and administration of existing project finance agreements and activities, while also supporting the evaluation, execution and administration of future project finance or other related financing transactions. This includes administering credit agreements, ensuring covenant compliance, cash forecasting, capital markets transactions, and being a key member of the treasury function. This role requires an understanding of project finance or related financing structures, the ability to interpret and manage complex credit agreements, and strong analytical skills. Midstream, infrastructure, or energy development experience is preferred.Responsibilities Compliance & Relationship Management:
Ensure 100% compliance across all project financing agreements, covenants, and reporting obligations. Serve as a primary contact and relationship manager for external project finance partners, including lenders, investors, legal counsel and other financial stakeholders. Communicate complex financial concepts to diverse internal and external audiences, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Respond promptly to information requests from internal teams and external partners.Knowledge Center:
Maintain and interpret complex financing and credit agreements; serve as the subject-matter resource for internal teams on key terms, obligations, and restrictions. Provide ongoing guidance and expertise to cross-functional stakeholders on project financing structures and implications.Project Finance Functions:
Oversee project finance functions, including production and review of project finance requests, quarterly and periodic lender reporting requirements, and project-level covenant calculations; ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery. Monitor key project metrics impacting funding, distributions, and compliance; identify and communicate risks proactively. Ensure accurate cash forecasting and other critical financial outputs. Manage construction and term loan administration, including draw requests, documentation tracking, funding coordination, and timely disbursements. Manage processes for consents, amendments, waivers, payoffs, and term conversions, coordinating inputs across internal stakeholders and external parties. Establish and maintain processes, documentation, and controls to manage risks associated with project finance activities.Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Draft financial tools and models to enhance financial planning and analysis. Interpret financial statements and contribute to senior management reports.Transaction Support:
Lead and support financial transactions, including closings, refinancings, payoffs, and term conversions; manage related processes for consents, amendments, and waivers to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate diligence processes with internal teams and external parties (lenders, investors, commercial banks, legal counsel, and other advisors); manage information requests and ensure timely delivery of required analysis. Review term sheets and financing documentation; summarize key terms and implications for stakeholders.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Perform data analysis and reporting at the request of our internal teams or external parties. Contribute to strategic continuous improvements within the treasury team.Financial Analysis:
Assist in long-term debt issuances and forecasts. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual interest forecasts and budgets. Other ad-hoc analysis as requested.Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
Contribute to strategic continuous improvements within the team. Promptly respond to information requests from internal and external partners. Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and external statutory regulations. Apply our internal control environment to the Order to Cash function. Support a culture of high performance and collaboration with all team members.Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.Experience/Specific Knowledge:
A minimum of four plus (4+) years of relevant experience in project finance, treasury, finance, contracts, energy, banking, portfolio or asset management. Demonstrated experience with financial modeling preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements and/or financial analysis.Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).Competencies, Skills & Abilities:
Attention to detail Previous financial modeling experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship management skill. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong ability to multi-task in a deadline driven setting. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Effective oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner. Must be able to perform all essential and marginal functions of the job. Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules. Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines. Ability to show previous process improvements. Ability to organize and prioritize daily work. Job level commensurate with experience and skill sets; position will be filled depending on qualifications, experience and skill sets of the successful candidate.Physical Demands:

The annual salary range for this position will be $90,000-$120,000/yr.Other responsibilities:
