Dual-Role Position This is a dual-role position , and candidates must be open to learning and performing both professional piercing and permanent jewelry . While prior entry-level piercing knowledge is required , full training will be provided for our permanent jewelry services, including measuring, fitting, and welding jewelry. We're looking for someone who is excited to expand their skill set and comfortable taking on both sides of the role. As a Spark Artist, you'll help customers celebrate life's special moments through personalized permanent jewelry and piercing experiences while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Create custom permanent jewelry experiences by measuring, fitting, and welding bracelets, anklets, and necklaces (training provided) . Provide professional piercing services while prioritizing guest comfort, safety, and an elevated experience. Perform jewelry piercings safely and confidently following Sanlejur's training, safety, and sanitation standards. Build genuine relationships with customers and provide a warm, luxury shopping experience. Educate customers on our permanent jewelry, piercing, and waterproof jewelry collections. Assist customers with styling, product recommendations, jewelry selection, and charm selections. Process transactions and maintain a clean, organized, and polished boutique. Help with in-store events, pop-ups, piercing appointments, and special activations. Capture occasional behind-the-scenes content for social media. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and maintain Sanlejur's brand standards.
