A Spark Artist is the face of the brand, dedicated to creating meaningful customer connections through exceptional service, styling expertise, and memorable in-store experiences. This role blends retail sales, hospitality, and creativity to ensure every guest feels welcomed, confident, and inspired. At Sanlejur, we specialize in luxury permanent jewelry and waterproof jewelry designed to be worn every day. As a Spark Artist, you'll help customers celebrate life's special moments by creating personalized permanent jewelry experiences while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Create custom permanent jewelry experiences by measuring, fitting, and welding bracelets, anklets, and necklaces (training provided). Build genuine relationships with customers and provide a warm, luxury shopping experience. Educate customers on our permanent and waterproof jewelry collections. Assist customers with styling, product recommendations, and charm selections. Process transactions and maintain a clean, organized boutique. Help with in-store events, pop-ups, and special activations. Capture occasional behind-the-scenes content for social media. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
