Job Description

Tutu Fun is a creative DIY art studio focused on hands-on experiences such as tufting, fluid art, and decoden (cream glue art). We are looking for friendly, energetic, and creative individuals who enjoy working with people and helping guests bring their ideas to life. This role is a mix of customer interaction, light teaching, and studio operations. You will be actively guiding guests through their projects, maintaining the studio environment, and helping create a fun and welcoming experience for everyone. Key Responsibilities Guide and assist customers in creating DIY projects (tufting, fluid art, decoden, etc.) Demonstrate basic techniques and provide step-by-step support (no prior teaching experience required — training provided) Set up and reset workstations, including preparing materials and tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment throughout the day Create a positive, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages Support group events and birthday parties (including interacting with children and families) Qualifications Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) Comfortable working with children, families, and groups Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Patient, hands-on, and willing to guide customers step-by-step Able to work in a fast-paced, active, and sometimes messy environment Willing to assist with cleaning, organizing, and general studio tasks Preferred (but not required): Background in art, design, crafts, or creative hobbies Experience working with customers, kids, or teaching
Pay:
$17.75 - $19.00 per hour
