The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, coupled with experience in customer service and food service environments. This role involves creating visually appealing juices/acai bowls/smoothies, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high standard of quality in all endeavors. The team member will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience while helping us to prepare food, clean, and run the restaurant. Every employee gets an equal tip share and we can get very busy! Responsibilities Fulfill orders in a timely manner using our ticket system Take orders from guests Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and assisting them with their selections. Utilize Square POS system for order processing and transactions. Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Help us clean the restaurant when we close and spot clean during shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food handling guidelines. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic math skills for cash handling and retail math.
