Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Lead Bar Manager Artist to elevate our beverage and bar experience to new heights. In this dynamic role, you will lead a talented team of bartenders, ensuring exceptional service, innovative drink creation, and seamless operations. Your passion for mixology, hospitality management, and team leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary artistry while managing day-to-day bar preparations, precision and enthusiasm. Duties Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including food preparation, drink crafting, and customer service excellence. Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to ensure high standards of hospitality, safety, and product knowledge. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste through effective food and beverage management. Operate POS Toast systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service protocols. ABCA manager license needed. Coordinate shift schedules, supervise team performance, and handle staffing needs including interviewing and onboarding new team members. Collaborate with management on budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and menu development to maximize revenue opportunities. Update bar menus, order sheets, and online presence. Create visual content weekly for social media. Experience Proven experience in fine dining settings with a focus on bar management. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and beverage crafting within a hospitality or culinary setting. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, conducting staff training & development programs, and managing hospitality teams effectively. Familiarity with Toast POS systems, Resy, and excel. Experience in managing inventory control, food safety management, and adhering to health regulations. Strong skills in customer service excellence, managerial communication, and shift management. Previous assistant manager or managerial experience in restaurant management or food service management is highly desirable.
