1901 Mississippi Ave SE #202, Washington, DC 20020 Position Description The Washington School of Ballet seeks an energetic candidate with significant experience teaching ballet technique to children ages 2 to 10. The person must possess strong classical ballet knowledge, must be a team player, teach the school's curriculum and have experience in choreography for young children. This position is based at our Southeast (SE) Campus in Washington, D.C.

Key Job Duties:

Teach ballet classes in level(s) Creative Dance and Pre Ballet 1 through Level 2 Choreograph for the Pre Ballet 23 Class Presentations and/or Spring Performance for Level 1A and up Write evaluations for each student

Students, Faculty, Pianists Qualifications - Education and Experience Teaching or professional experience in a nationally recognized company and/or school is preferred. Experience teaching and choreographing for young children is a must.
