Fantasy Lab Studios is a full-service event decor and design studio based in Davie, Florida , specializing in immersive event environments for corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, retail spaces, and special productions. Our team designs and fabricates custom decor, including balloon installations, foam sculptures, custom props, 3D elements, printed graphics, and scenic structures that transform venues into visually impactful environments. As a Balloon Artist, you will assist in building balloon installations and decorative structures that become part of large-scale immersive event setups. This role involves hands-on production work, attention to detail, and collaborating with a team during event installations. Most installations take place during evening and overnight hours , typically between 8:00 PM and 3:00 AM , depending on the event schedule. Key Responsibilities Create balloon garlands, sculptures, and decorative balloon installations Inflate, tie, and assemble balloons according to design plans Assist with installation and setup of balloon decor at event venues Work with the team to execute immersive event environments Follow design layouts and installation instructions carefully Maintain attention to detail and clean finishing standards Help transport materials and prepare installations on site Ensure setups are completed efficiently within event timelines Qualifications Previous experience with balloon décor or event decoration is preferred but not required Strong creativity and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced installation environment Comfortable working evening and overnight hours Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Why Work With Fantasy Lab Studios Working with Fantasy Lab Studios means being part of a creative team that builds large-scale immersive event environments across Florida .
