```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours. ```Responsibilities```
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update office records, including filing and organizing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging for catering and preparing meeting materials
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with external IT support when necessary ```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus
