Duties Decorate and customize cookie cakes according to customer specifications and design requests. Prepare cookie dough, icing, and decorative elements ensuring high-quality baked goods. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Package finished cookie cakes carefully for pickup, ensuring presentation quality. Assist in food preparation tasks such as portioning dough and prepping icing for consistent results. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools. Support high-volume production needs during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to be a team player and assist when/where needed in the store (co-branded store). Requirements Previous experience in cake decorating, pastry preparation, or food production is highly desirable. Strong skills in cake decorating techniques, including piping and icing application. Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace. Ability to follow directions accurately and adhere to design specifications. Basic math skills for accurate handling of money at the cash register. Excellent customer service skills to understand and fulfill customer requests effectively.
