Job Summary:

The Painter Production responsibilities will be to ensure that courts will be laid down/picked up, taped, bulldog applied, and painted in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Laying down/Picking up courts. Taping game lines or logos to prepare the tile for bulldog adhesion. Painting the game line or logo with the correct color of paint. Mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to courts. Visually inspect tiles for imperfections. Read production drawings and number diagrams. Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping paint area clean, and workstations neat, overall maintaining a clean production area. Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Able to work a 12-hour shift. Able to stand of 8+ hours during a shift. Able to lift max of 50 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, climb, and lift frequently.
