Qualified individuals for our sculpting department will have experience in costuming, with artistic or sculpting skills respond quickly to our training and costume construction methods. Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Construct custom mascot costumes using foam, fabric, plastic, and other materials. Sew, glue, sculpt, and assemble costume components by hand and machine. Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and clients to meet aesthetic and functional goals. Fit test costumes for comfort, mobility, and durability. Make alterations and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workshop. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in costume making, prop fabrication, puppet building, or similar fields. Ability to convert 2D art to 3D form Strong ability in sculpting, and pattern-making skills. Familiarity with materials like EVA foam, faux fur, lycra/spandex, and thermoplastics. Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. Ability to follow creative direction and also bring your own ideas to the table. Strong problem-solving skills and a "maker" mindset. Physical ability to lift materials and work on large-scale costumes. Portfolio or photos of past work (please include with application). Preferred (But Not Required) Background in theatrical costuming, cosplay, puppetry, or fashion design. Experience with electronics for animatronics or light-up elements. Knowledge of 3D software and printing
