Position Summary:
Perform all paint related tasks to customer specifications..

Finish Utility Team Leader Personnel:

Accountabilities:
Responsible for performing all paint related tasks in an efficient manner.
Authorities:

Duties:
Perform equipment checks on paint booth dailyRecord paint usages dailyPerform paint related task on both steel and aluminum componentsMaintain paint equipmentAccurate data entryPerform inspection verificationKeep paint booth clean and organizedReview customer drawings for paint requirements
Job Qualification Requirements:
Educational Experience High school diploma required. Vocational or technical school preferred but not required. Experience 2 years experience preferred, but not required. Some mechanical aptitude required. Physical Demands The employee is required to:stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floorexert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/orexert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/orexert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Certification Required Medical certification required to wear respirator. Visual Acuity Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of parts and machinery. Hearing Ability Accommodations required to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action and for communicating with employees. Working Conditions The employee is subject to:high noise levels from operating machinesphysical hazards from moving equipment and production componentsbreathing fumes, dust and mistskin exposure to oils and cutting fluids. The employee may be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.
