This is hands-on creative work for someone with an artistic eye. What you'll do: Hand-apply over 200 different jewels to glassware, using your eye for color, balance, and composition to make each piece beautiful and consistent. Contribute ideas for new jewel designs, color combinations, and application techniques. Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, consistency, and overall aesthetic appeal. Balance artistry with efficiency, meeting production targets without compromising on quality. Work closely with team members and the owner to coordinate schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders. What we're looking for: An artistic eye: a strong sense of color, detail, and composition, the kind you develop through art, design, or lots of hands-on making. A creative background is a big plus: experience or education in fine arts, studio art, illustration, or design. A formal degree isn't required, and recent art and design graduates are warmly encouraged to apply. Steady hands and comfort doing precise, detailed work throughout your shift. Meticulous attention to detail and pride in flawless, finished work. Reliability, consistent attendance, and the ability to work well with a small team.
