Job Description:

Pinot's Palette, a locally owned Paint and Sip Studio, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic artist to join our team. As a Paint and Sip Artist, you will be responsible for instructing customers in a lively and engaging manner while encouraging creativity and creating a relaxed, fun environment. You will also assist the staff in ensuring a smooth class flow and promoting customer success through teamwork and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Create and develop paintings to be taught in classes and for promotional items Teach existing paintings using developed lesson plans Encourage creativity in a relaxed and fun environment Assist staff to ensure smooth class flow and promote customer painting success through teamwork and a positive attitude

Requirements:

Ability to serve beer and wine (must be over 21) Ability to design and execute quality acrylic paintings in various painting styles Public Speaking or Performance Art Skills (comfortable speaking in a microphone) Time management and communication skills and reliability Experience Teaching Must be able to work evenings Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays Applicants must submit 3-5 examples of their paintings to be considered Resume or cover letter must document art education and teaching experience

Desired Work Experience:

Experience leading a group of people (classroom or otherwise) Experience in customer service Experience teaching art

Education Requirements:

College Degree in Art or Design related fields and knowledge of working with acrylic paint

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
