Custom Portrait Artist - Hand-Painted Dog and Cat Items (Seasonal/Contract) We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Portrait Artist to paint custom dog and portraits directly onto Christmas ornaments, canvas, mugs etc. You will transform customer pet photos into beautiful, realistic, or stylized holiday keepsakes. This role requires excellent fine-motor skills, high consistency, and the ability to capture a dog's unique likeness on a small, curved surface.

Key Responsibilities Paint accurate, high-quality dog portraits from customer-provided digital photos. Render fine details (fur texture, eyes, markings) on small, spherical, or flat holiday ornaments. Mix and match colors accurately to duplicate the specific coat and features of each pet. Maintain a clean, organized workstation to keep materials free of dust and debris. Meet strict daily or weekly production deadlines to ensure timely holiday delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in portraiture, miniature painting, or detailed illustration. Strong proficiency working with acrylics, enamels, or glass-specific paint mediums. High steady-hand control and comfort working on non-flat, three-dimensional surfaces. Ability to self-manage time efficiently to handle high seasonal order volumes. Strong portfolio demonstrating animal portraiture, realism, or detailed hand-craftsmanship.
