An Artist or Illustrator develops ideas and works with different materials to create art, including crafts and fine art such as painting. May specialize in drawing and creating visual images, designs or pictures for books and other publications or for commercial products, or detailed drawings for scientific or medical illustrations. Creates drawings by hand and uses computers to create or develop images.

Job Description
This will include:
- 5th
Grade General Music:
Link Up Curriculum (includes recorder instruction)- 6th
Grade Music Appreciation:
Percussion and Ethnomusicology-focused curriculum- 7th and 8th
Grade Instrumental Music:
Resources include ukulele, piano/keyboard, voice, and percussion In addition to teaching classroom music, the Music Educator is expected to:- Attend weekly staff meetings (compensated at $25/hour)
- Develop and deliver one performance per year
- Document student progress through assessments
- Complete report cards for each student in the second and third trimesters
- Attend special events, including the annual Link Up field trip and scheduled guest musician visits Skills The ideal candidate is: A kind, warm, experienced music educator who is dependable and cares deeply for nurturing students from areas with limited resources.
