We are looking for a reliable, people-oriented Manager-in-Training to join our team. This role starts with hands-on training as a spray tan artist, with the opportunity to grow into more operational and leadership responsibilities over time. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys beauty, wellness, customer service, and small business operations, and who wants a more consistent schedule than a typical part-time service role. You'll be trained in the Maui Glow Club spray tan process and will help support appointments across our Vienna and Arlington locations. Over time, the right person may also assist with client communication, daily studio flow, scheduling support, team coordination, basic admin tasks, and local marketing or social media support. We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, warm with clients, and comfortable learning both the service side and the behind-the-scenes side of the business. What you'll do: Train as a Maui Glow Club spray tan artist Take client appointments at the Vienna and Arlington locations Help fill schedule gaps where needed across both studios Support a smooth client experience from arrival to checkout Assist with basic studio operations and daily flow Help with light admin, scheduling, or client follow-up as needed Support local marketing or social media content when appropriate Grow into more responsibility as you learn the business What we're looking for: Strong reliability and punctuality Warm, professional communication with clients Interest in beauty, wellness, skincare, or client-facing service Flexibility to work across Vienna and Arlington Willingness to learn spray tanning from the ground up Comfort with a role that combines service, operations, and team support Social media or content creation comfort is a plus Prior beauty, spa, salon, medspa, front desk, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required Schedule / compensation: This role would offer more consistent hours than the standard spray artist role, likely around 30-40 hours depending on business needs and fit. The person would start as a spray artist and grow into additional responsibilities over time.
