The Opportunity We're looking for a Visual Content Producer who can help create a cohesive visual world around our artist and music releases. Rather than hiring a production company for a single project, we're looking for someone who wants to collaborate consistently and help build a recognizable visual brand over time. You'll work alongside the artist throughout recording sessions, rehearsals, performances, photoshoots, and music releases, helping transform everyday creative moments into compelling visual stories. Photography Artist portraits Promotional photography Album artwork Single cover photography Lifestyle photography Event photography Creative Direction We're looking for someone who enjoys contributing ideas, including: Storytelling concepts Mood boards Shot lists Lighting ideas Creative locations Wardrobe suggestions Visual branding Release campaign concepts Video Editing Produce professional content for: Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts YouTube Website Promotional campaigns Experience with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar is a must. Production Skills Ideal experience includes some combination of: Professional cameras Lighting Audio recording Gimbals Drone footage (if licensed) Green screen Smoke or haze effects Studio production Color grading Motion graphics AI, Visual Effects & Emerging Creative Tools Eye Am Captain LLC is interested in someone who understands the future of visual storytelling. Experience with AI-assisted creative tools is a strong plus, including: AI video generation tools AI image generation AI-assisted editing workflows Motion graphics Visual effects Compositing Digital environments Creative experimentation with new technology We are looking for someone who can combine authentic artist footage with innovative visual techniques to create unique, memorable content. The goal is not to replace real filmmaking, but to use modern tools to expand what is creatively possible. Owning your own equipment is a plus but not required. We have a decent Canon E05 R6 along with LED Lights, Green Screen, Smoke Machine and are willing to invest in other tools as needed. What Success Looks Like We're not measuring success by the number of videos produced. We're measuring success by building a visual identity that consistently supports the music and tells an authentic story. Our goal is to create content that feels intentional, cinematic, and worthy of representing a professional recording artist. Who You Are You may be a filmmaker... A photographer...
