This position offers the opportunity to make an impact by ensuring that meeting, training, and collaboration spaces operate seamlessly and support innovation across multiple campuses. Benefits & Extras Work with cutting-edge AV and collaboration technologies in a large, enterprise-scale environment Be part of a mission-driven healthcare organization improving patient and staff experiences Collaborative, forward-thinking technology team with growth potential Excellent benefits package including health, dental, and retirement options Professional development opportunities and AV industry certifications are encouraged Compensation $65-75k/yr (Flexible depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing Lead technical support for audiovisual systems in training, meeting, and collaboration spaces Install, configure, and maintain AV systems (projectors, displays, microphones, control panels, etc.) Support live and hybrid events using Zoom, Webex, Teams, and other platforms Partner with IT and facilities teams to design and implement AV technology upgrades Troubleshoot complex AV and networked systems to ensure system uptime Monitor and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner Mentor and guide junior staff while maintaining organized and functional AV spaces What You'll Need to be Considered Associate degree in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or related technical field (Bachelor's preferred) Expertise with Crestron, AV-over-IP (e.g., DM NVX), and enterprise AV systems Strong knowledge of signal flow, control systems, and TCP/IP networking for AV integration Ability to interpret AV system drawings and technical documentation Familiarity with lecture capture systems, digital whiteboards, and remote monitoring tools CTS or related AV certifications are a plus INDIT
