In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing audiovisual systems to ensure flawless operation during events, meetings, and presentations. Your expertise will help create engaging environments that inspire collaboration and communication. Duties Install, configure, and set up audiovisual equipment including projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, and control systems. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure all AV hardware operates at peak performance. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues promptly using diagnostic tools and software troubleshooting techniques. Manage cabling, wiring, and schematics to ensure clean, safe, and efficient setups aligned with electrical and mechanical standards. Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble or repair AV components as needed. Support field service activities by responding to on-site technical requests quickly and professionally. Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and incident reports accurately for future reference. Experience Strong electrical experience with low voltage wiring, cabling, schematics reading, and telecommunication systems. Familiarity with electrical safety standards and E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) principles. Hands-on experience with computer hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity for AV systems. Mechanical knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance procedures, and use of hand tools. Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams related to AV installations.
