Job Description
Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced AV / Low Voltage Technician to help establish and grow our Audio Visual (AV) and Low Voltage presence in the Huntsville market. This role is ideal for a strong field technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations, building customer relationships, and wants a clear path toward leadership. This is more than a technician position. SNS has successfully implemented this model in other branches by identifying talented technical professionals, teaching them how SNS operates, supporting their development, and building a local operation around them. We are looking to do the same in Huntsville. The successful candidate will work alongside existing SNS leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), gaining exposure to project execution, customer management, documentation standards, and operational processes. As the Huntsville business grows, this individual will have the opportunity to advance into a Job Supervisor role and eventually become the local AV SME for the market. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
