They turn project plans into finished systems and help make sure our customers have technology they can rely on every day. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented AV / Smart Home Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on field position working in residential environments throughout the Phoenix area. The right candidate takes pride in clean work, shows up prepared, communicates professionally, and is comfortable troubleshooting problems in the field. You'll work alongside our team installing, servicing, testing, and supporting residential technology systems. Responsibilities Install, service, maintain, test, and troubleshoot residential technology systems Provide professional customer support during installations and service visits Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions Assist with low-voltage wiring, equipment installation, trim-out, and system setup Work with smart home automation, audio/video, networking and Wi-Fi, lighting and shades, security, and related residential technology Complete timely and detailed service reports and job documentation Document completed work, system information, and relevant field conditions Follow Twin Pines field procedures, installation standards, and safety practices Operate company vehicles safely and use required field-management systems Communicate job progress, technical issues, and project needs with the team Understand customer concerns and explain solutions clearly and professionally Maintain clean and organized work areas and respect customers' homes Build positive relationships with customers, team members, and other trades on the project What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with both technology and people Able to follow established processes while also troubleshooting problems Willing to learn, take direction, and ask questions when needed Professional when communicating with customers and other trades Proud of producing clean, thoughtful work Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with residential AV, low-voltage wiring, smart-home technology, networking, security, electrical, construction, or a related trade is valuable.
