No previous data center experience is required for the right candidate. We can train the technical skills; we are looking for people who are dependable, curious, take initiative, solve problems, and want to learn. What You'll Do
  • Unbox and stage servers, switches, cabling, racks, and related equipment.
  • Assist with rack-and-stack, rails, mounting hardware, and basic equipment installation.
  • Prepare, organize, and label copper, fiber, DAC/AOC, power, and console cables.
  • Assist with basic cable routing and dressing.
  • Move equipment and materials between receiving, staging, build, QA, and shipping areas.
  • Break down packaging and keep the production floor clean and organized.
  • Assist with packaging and shipment preparation.
  • Follow rack elevations, visual aids, and written instructions.
  • Notice discrepancies, ask questions, and escalate when something does not look right. What We're Looking For
  • Motivated to learn and develop new skills.
  • Self-starter who looks for what needs to be done.
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Dependable and comfortable with hands-on physical work.
  • Able to follow documented processes while thinking independently.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, construction, electronics, or technical experience is a plus, but not required. We can train the technical skills. We are looking for motivated people who learn quickly, take initiative, think through problems, and take pride in doing quality work. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Ability to safely lift and move equipment in accordance with company safety requirements.
  • Ability to work with team members and lifting equipment when handling heavier equipment.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
