Pay rate - $45 to 60/hour (Depending on experience ) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior AV Technician to provide hands-on audiovisual support within a large enterprise environment in El Segundo, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting professional AV systems, conference rooms, displays, video conferencing equipment, and integrated audio/video technologies. This position requires a highly dependable technician who can independently troubleshoot complex AV issues, perform installations and equipment moves, support end users, and respond quickly to service requests. An active U.S. security clearance is required. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise audiovisual systems.
• Provide hands-on support for conference rooms, meeting spaces, training rooms, and other AV environments.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, display, connectivity, and video conferencing issues.
• Support systems including projectors, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, control systems, and video conferencing platforms.
• Perform equipment installations, replacements, upgrades, moves, and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related AV issues.
• Provide on-site support to executives, employees, and other end users.
• Respond to AV service tickets and resolve incidents within established service-level requirements.
• Perform cable installation, termination, labeling, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Configure and test AV equipment prior to deployment.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, vendors, and other technical teams when troubleshooting requires escalation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, configurations, repairs, and installations.
• Assist with AV system upgrades, deployments, and technology refresh projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional AV/Audio Visual experience.
• Active U.S. security clearance required.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise AV systems.
• Experience with video conferencing technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting displays, projectors, cameras, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and AV control systems.
• Strong understanding of audio/video signal flow and AV connectivity.
• Experience with HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Ethernet, and other common AV connections.
• Experience with AV cabling, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
• Ability to lift and move AV equipment and work in conference rooms, offices, and other facility environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting AV systems in aerospace, defense, government, or other secure environments.
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, AMX, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, or similar AV technologies.
• Experience with AV-over-IP systems.
• Experience with digital signage systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
• CTS certification or other relevant AV certification.
• Experience performing AV installations, system upgrades, and technology refreshes.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on AV professional who can walk into a conference room or technical environment, quickly diagnose an issue, determine whether it is an audio, video, control, network, or hardware problem, and resolve it with minimal supervision. This person should be comfortable working directly with end users while also handling technically complex AV troubleshooting and installations. Security clearance must be active at the time of hire.

Pay:
