Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Specialist to join their team and lead launching new sites! You will be part of the Site Launch and Enablement Support team supporting operational growth and site deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$40-46/hr. What's the Job? Establish and implement operational workflows for new city launches and temporary testing sites, ensuring high standards of fleet health, safety, and data integrity. Provide on-site support during critical phases of site deployment to ensure fleet uptime and operational stability. Train and mentor incoming Fleet Support Specialists and local staff on technical tools, processes, and workflows. Create and maintain technical SOPs and launch playbooks to standardize procedures across regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fleet PMs, Engineering, and Mission Control to address site-specific challenges and improve processes. What's Needed? 2-4 years of experience supporting operational growth in fast-paced service, automotive, or aerospace environments. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to various locations, including Ohio, Las Vegas, and new sites. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SAP is essential. Strong instructional and communication skills, with the ability to teach complex technical workflows to new team members. What's in it for me?
