Key Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for PCs, Macs, applications, network connectivity, and AV systems, resolving issues efficiently and within SLA expectations Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron systems, and related AV technologies Deliver white glove/VIP support and event or meeting assistance, ensuring seamless user experiences Manage hardware assets including shipping, receiving, tracking, installation, and lifecycle management Utilize ServiceNow for ticket prioritization, documentation, and status tracking while collaborating with cross-functional and network operations teams What Gets You the
