Full Time Position Summary Applied Materials is seeking an AV Support Technician with 1-5 years of experience supporting conference room technology, collaboration platforms, and enterprise AV systems. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional meeting experiences through the support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment of AV technologies across executive, customer-facing, and corporate meeting spaces. Key Responsibilities
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech conferencing systems, and Crestron-controlled meeting spaces.
  • Provide white-glove AV support for Executive Staff, Vice Presidents, and key business leaders.
  • Support executive boardrooms, leadership reviews, customer presentations, town halls, and high-profile company events.
  • Perform daily conference room sweeps to ensure rooms are operational and meeting ready.
  • Conduct proactive system health checks and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio, video, conferencing, display, presentation, and connectivity issues.
  • Quickly assess technical issues and implement real-time solutions to minimize disruptions during live meetings and events.
  • Serve as the onsite AV expert during critical meetings and unexpected technical challenges.
  • Install, configure, and support AV equipment including cameras, microphones, speakers, room schedulers, and displays.
  • Partner with IT, Facilities, networking teams, and vendors to maintain reliable conference room operations.
  • Support room technology upgrades, refresh projects, and new AV deployments.
  • Manage, prioritize, and update incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, room audits, and support activities. Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of AV support experience in a corporate, enterprise, or high-tech environment.
  • Experience supporting conference room technologies and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech conferencing solutions, and Crestron control systems.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing and service management platforms.
  • Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, switching, device connectivity, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable supporting executives and business-critical meetings in a high-visibility environment. Certifications
  • CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
  • Crestron Technical Institute (CTI) Certification
  • Dante Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) Ideal Candidate A customer-focused AV professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills and executive presence. They are proactive, detail-oriented, capable of thinking independently, and able to resolve issues on the fly while supporting high-profile meetings and executive stakeholders. The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000
  • per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
