This is a project of approximately 2 months, and we need people who can start soon. These projects require a background check and site badging, so we are looking for reliable professionals who want to keep working with us on future projects. Responsibilities Pull cables through conduits or ceiling trays, cable management, rack building, equipment installation and decommissioning. Mount TVs, screens, projectors, projector screens, speakers, cameras, microphones and lights. Take measurements, read design drawings and redline. Upload and tweak code for DSP and control systems. Calibrate sound systems (acoustics knowledge).

Basic networking:

enable/disable ports, cascade switches, configure switches and routers. Communicate with onsite POCs from other trades and follow PM instructions. Understand and enforce onsite safety. Requirements 2+ years of verifiable AV/IT installation and configuration experience. Proficiency with VC platforms (Cisco, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Electronic technician school or similar technical training. Able to lean, crawl, kneel, climb ladders and lift equipment (screens, speakers, projectors). Own basic hand tools (specialized tools are provided by the company). Ability to pass a background check. Nice-to-Have Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D. Experience with control systems (Crestron, Extron, QSC).

$28-35/hour, based on verifiable experience.

Employment type:

W2, hourly, on-call.

Schedule:

day, night and overnight shifts depending on project needs. Hours are not guaranteed.

Project length:
