Position Overview We are seeking skilled IT/AV technicians and independent contractors to join our service network. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, business-minded, and committed to delivering top-quality work. Responsibilities Complete IT/AV service calls, structured cabling runs, and network installations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and support staff. Submit all required deliverables including photos, reports, and notes. Manage time and resources effectively to ensure project success. Qualifications Proven experience in IT, AV, structured cabling, or low-voltage field services. Own professional toolset (tester, punch-down, crimper, ladder, laptop, etc.). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Business-minded with interest in long-term service partnerships.
