AV Service Technician - Level 3 Professional Employment Group (PEG) is partnering with an established audiovisual integration company in the Denver metro area to identify an experienced Level 3 AV Service Technician . This is a direct-hire opportunity for a technician who excels at troubleshooting complex AV systems and enjoys solving problems in the field. We are especially interested in candidates with strong residential AV service experience who can independently diagnose issues, communicate professionally with customers, and get systems back up and running efficiently.

Employment:

Direct Hire, Full-Time What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial AV systems. Diagnose audio, video, control, networking, lighting, and shading issues. Service and troubleshoot Control4 and/or Crestron systems. Work with DSP platforms such as QSC and Biamp . Load programs and perform basic field programming/configuration changes. Perform firmware updates, equipment replacements, preventative maintenance, and system tuning. Troubleshoot cabling, signal-path, hardware, programming, and network issues. Communicate directly with customers regarding system issues and solutions. What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of AV installation/service experience. Strong hands-on AV troubleshooting and diagnostic ability . Residential AV service experience strongly preferred. Experience with Control4 and/or Crestron . Working knowledge of audio, video, control, and networking systems. QSC, Biamp, or similar DSP experience. Ability to independently troubleshoot unfamiliar AV systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong time management and ability to work independently. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to pass required background check and drug screening. Preferred Experience Residential and commercial AV service. Savant. Lutron/Ketra. Dante/AES67/NDI. AV-over-IP. Microsoft Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms. AVIXA CTS or CTS-I. Crestron, Control4, QSC, Biamp, Shure, or similar manufacturer certifications.
