GED Full Job Description Commercial AV Installation Technician Location:
Lone Tree, CO Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 (DOE) We are seeking a skilled Commercial AV Installation Technician with 5+ years of experience in the professional audio-visual industry. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality installations, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional results on commercial projects.
What You'll Do:
Install, service, and maintain AV systems (speakers, displays, projectors, control systems, etc.) Perform cable terminations (RJ45, BNC, fiber, etc.) and build equipment racks Configure and troubleshoot Ethernet networks and AV over IP systems Calibrate audio and video equipment for peak performance Read and interpret technical drawings and scopes of work Work with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and to standard
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial AV installation Strong understanding of signal flow, system connectivity, and networking Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on ladders/lifts or in confined spaces Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background & drug screening High school diploma or equivalent required; AVIXA CTS or manufacturer certifications a plus
