Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and respond to unexpected challenges during live performances. Assist in maintenance of facility AV systems. Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations. Follow all relevant policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests. Provide exceptional customer service. Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as schedule
