5-month contract (2 openings) Position Overview We are seeking two experienced A/V Technicians to support executive-level meetings across a large health system. This role is responsible for the seamless setup, operation, troubleshooting, and breakdown of audio/visual equipment to ensure high-quality delivery of presentations and communications in executive environments. The ideal candidates bring a strong track record supporting high-stakes meetings, with the professionalism and technical expertise required to work with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Set up, test, and break down A/V equipment for executive meetings (audio, video, conferencing tools, displays, etc.) Provide real-time technical support during meetings to ensure flawless execution Troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues quickly and discreetly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure meeting readiness and alignment on technical needs Transport and manage A/V equipment across multiple locations Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with executives and stakeholders Required Qualifications Proven experience supporting A/V for executive or high-visibility meetings Strong knowledge of A/V equipment, conferencing platforms, and presentation technologies Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure Experience with setup and teardown of meeting room technology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to travel locally between multiple sites (hospitals and corporate offices) Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms Basic networking or IT troubleshooting knowledge Additional Details Local travel required throughout the Greater Jacksonville area Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable in fast-paced, executive-facing environments

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
