We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Jacksonville, FL branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". Someone who is passionate about audio-visual technology. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience wit h audio-visual integration in stallations, commissioning, and services. What are your responsibilities? Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions Final product walk-through with clients and train them on their systems. Lead AV teams on commercial integration installations Company-paid overnight travel is estimated to be up to 70% Other tasks as assigned Will you fit in?
