Lead Audio Visual Technician

Job Overview Provide leadership to the Technology Team by scheduling and training volunteers and audio and visual technicians, as well as leading any troubleshooting efforts and answering questions during services. The Lead Technician will ensure that in-house services and livestreams run smoothly, troubleshooting as complications arise. The Lead Technician will also be responsible for preparing the church's livestream equipment prior to each service and preparing the slide presentation for each service. This position will also ensure that all software used by these processes is upgraded as needed. Responsibilities Provide leadership, creativity, and troubleshooting skills in the ministry of our Tech team at Church services for Sunday morning worship services, special holiday services and events and other seasonal performances. Lead the Tech Team in ensuring a well-run audio-visual experience. Oversee the care and maintenance of church audio, computer equipment and software used for worship services. Prepare the slide presentation for church services using ProPresenter or other similar technology. Manage the Tech Team's schedule to ensure appropriate staffing for all services. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience preferred in audio visual presentation development and execution. Proficient in the most up-to-date technologies and computer software, including, but not limited to YouTube, Zoom, Google Drive, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Squarespace. Experience with Propresenter preferred.

Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
