Audio Visual (AV) / Video Teleconference (VTC)

SECRET Scope of Work:

Provides secure and non-secure AV/VTC customer support services for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites across the Fort Benning campus and off-site locations, including requirements determination, upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Determine VTC suite upgrade requirements and provide Bills of Materials and Statements of Work. Coordinate with outside vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity and network compliance. Provide secure and non-secure support for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites, including off-site locations. Maintain a VTC suite tracking database and provide monthly updates to the COR. Troubleshoot, update, and test VTC equipment to maintain operational status; respond within 30 minutes to priority requests. Perform VTC and A/V suite installation (televisions, speakers, CODEC, cameras, cabling).
