Covenant College AV Chapel Specialist
- Part-Time Summary The AV Chapel Specialist provides audiovisual planning, technical support, and event production services for Covenant College Chapel events and programs.
- Demonstrates knowledge of audiovisual equipment, event technology systems, troubleshooting techniques, and technical support practices. Event Coordination
- Effectively plans, organizes, and supports event logistics while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Customer Service
- Provides responsive, professional, and service-oriented support to faculty, staff, students, guests, and event participants. Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnoses and resolves equipment, connectivity, and presentation issues in a timely and effective manner. Communication
- Clearly communicates technical information and event requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences. Organization & Time Management
- Coordinates schedules, equipment, resources, and event requests while maintaining attention to detail. Collaboration
- Works effectively with campus departments, student employees, vendors, and Technology Services staff. Leadership & Training
- Provides guidance, instruction, and support to student employees and event support personnel. Adaptability
- Responds effectively to changing event requirements, technical issues, and competing priorities.
