We're a small team (~16 people), so the work you do goes straight to customers. The role You'll build customer projects using our software platform: assembling screens and interactive templates, loading content and data, and making sure everything looks and works right on real hardware before it goes live. Our tools are designed so customers can use them, but doing it well (clean layouts, correct data, nothing broken at the edges) takes care and some technical skill. With room to grow into project management, solutions engineering or development, that's the job. What you'll do Build and configure digital signage and interactive kiosk projects in the 22Miles platform from customer specs and designs Use basic HTML/JavaScript skil to adjust templates, fix layout issues and customize elements beyond the drag-and-drop editor Enter, clean and maintain project data (directories, maps, schedules, room lists, media libraries) accurately Test projects on physical devices (displays, kiosks, touch screens, media players) and report issues clearly Work with the project manager and engineering team to troubleshoot and meet delivery dates Must-haves Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS. You can read, edit and fix markup and layouts on your own. Working knowledge of JavaScript. You can read a script, understand what it does, and change it. Comfortable reading structured data (JSON, CSV) and spotting what's wrong in it Strong attention to detail. You notice when something is 2 pixels off or one record out of 300 is wrong. Clear written communication in English Reliable and organized; able to work through repetitive tasks without losing accuracy Nice-to-haves Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated skills Experience with APIs, any CMS, or design tools (Figma, Adobe) Interest in hardware, AV or display technology
