Audio-Visual (AV)
Support Specialist Location:
Indianapolis, IN 46241 (Onsite)
Duration:
3-Month Contract We are seeking an Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for training events and end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for solving technical issues. Responsibilities Provide on-site AV support for training sessions and events. Troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual and technical issues. Support deskside IT operations and respond to end-user requests. Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently. Assist with imaging, deployment, and distribution of hardware across multiple locations. Deliver proactive, customer-focused technical support. Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of IT support or desktop support experience. 5+ years of customer service experience. High School Diploma with relevant technical experience.
Hands-on experience with:
Windows 11 Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Intune Microsoft Azure Active Directory Device imaging and deployment Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent). Willingness to learn new technologies.
