Full Job Description Job Title:

Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician We are looking for an AV Support Technician with 3-6 years of experience in Audio Visual support and event staging. The candidate should have hands-on experience with AV devices, conference room support, troubleshooting, and basic hardware support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, microphones, cameras, video conferencing systems, ClickShare, and Polycom devices. Provide first-level troubleshooting for conference room and end-user AV issues. Support hardware activities including rack & stack, cabling, patching, rebooting, and device installation. Perform routine maintenance, software upgrades, and inventory management of AV equipment and spares. Support live meetings, webcasts, and event setups as required. Coordinate with support teams and OEM vendors for issue resolution and hardware replacement. Create user guides and provide basic end-user training on AV technologies.

Requirements:

3-6 years of AV support experience. Good understanding of AV and video conferencing technologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to remote locations. Must have own vehicle for onsite support (mileage reimbursement provided). Flexible to provide on-call support during weekends/holidays if required.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
