Job Description
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, conduct preventative maintenance, install AV/VTC products
- Resolve Helpdesk tickets for AV/VTC issues; troubleshoot; assist customers with AV/VTC operations; support 50+ conference room/ auditoriums.
- Assist VIP events with AV/VTC event streaming, presentations, and video-audio technical assistance.
- Demonstrated the ability to provide superior customer service and use political tact in professional dealings.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 yrs experience; working knowledge of AV/VTC systems with federal agencies
- Secret clearance
Certifications:
SEC+ or CTS.- No college degree.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Work Location:
