Low Voltage Installer Requirements:

1-2 Years of Low Voltage Installation experience required Valid Drivers License required PLT Certification in Minnesota highly preferred AV, lighting, shading, and control experience preferred Experience with Home automation, security, audio/visual, and camera systems preferred

Low Voltage Installer Responsibilities:

This role involves installing and servicing residential and commercial low-voltage systems, including AV, automation, lighting controls, motorized shades, security cameras, and networking Technicians are dispatched from home and handle tasks such as rough-ins, pulling wire, final installations (mounting TVs, installing plates and systems), and occasional service work at commercial locations like gas stations (e.g., cameras, music systems, lockboxes, canopy work) The position includes a mix of local work in the south metro area and regional travel (Michigan to Washington), with a rotating schedule between local and overnight travel assignments Perform routine checks and fixes on low voltage electrical systems Plans and lays out tasks from drawings or blueprints Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
