THE JOB:
Step behind the scenes and help bring unforgettable entertainment experiences to life at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. As a Lead Audio Visual Network Technician , you will serve as a technical leader supporting the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of professional audio, video, networking, and entertainment systems across the property. From live events and performances to day-to-day system operations, your expertise will help keep our technology running at its best. You'll provide technical direction to the team, partner with IT, Facilities, vendors, and management, and play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for our guests.
THE STARTING RATE
: $27.00 an hour
THE SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays based on the business needs
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Support, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot audio, video, sound, projection, networking, and entertainment technology systems throughout the property Perform preventative maintenance, quality control, system upgrades, installations, and emergency repairs Troubleshoot complex audio, video, signal, and network connectivity issues to maintain reliable system performance Coordinate with IT, Facilities, vendors, and management to resolve major system failures and complete critical technical repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while following all company and departmental standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Holds a High School Diploma or GED Demonstrates 4+ years of prior relevant experience in the Audio Visual field Maintains flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and remains calm when troubleshooting time-sensitive issues
