Job Description Role:
Video Teleconferencing (VTC)
Support Specialist Clearance Required:
Active SECRET Certifications Required:
Security+ CE (must be obtained within 10 calendar days of starting)
Responsibilities:
Provide design, implementation, and troubleshooting support for video conferencing and AV products, primarily Cisco-based solutions. Support and troubleshoot technologies such as AMX, Crestron, AV switchers, video walls, Cisco DX desktop VTC units, and Cisco
SX80 VTC
units. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for both general users and executive-level users (GO/SES/VIP). Manage and maintain multimedia streaming systems, collaboration tools, and a range of VTC units—from basic desktop setups to complex integrated AV systems. Conduct extensive troubleshooting and testing of videoconferencing and AV equipment, including projectors, displays, microphones, cameras, integrated AV systems, and streaming platforms. Provide end-user support through in-person assistance, email, phone, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools for all VTC endpoints and collaboration tools (e.g., Army 365, Microsoft Teams).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) OR high school diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience. A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience with VTC/AV systems as described. Security+ CE certification (or must obtain within 10 days of start).
