For more information, visit www.securitashealthcare.com Position Summary The Repair Coordinator will be responsible for administrative tasks related to system repairs and inspections. Located in Lincoln, NE, the Repair Coordinator will work closely with the Repair Supervisor for task assignment and complete daily reports to log task completion. This position offers a flexible schedule and is based onsite at our Lincoln, NE office. Essential Job Functions Close out repair tickets in Salesforce system, reviewing ticket documentation and details to confirm ticket can be billed Follow up with customers for PO numbers as needed Call customers to schedule system inspections Assist the Repair Supervisor with scheduling repairs Issue RMA numbers and follow up on the return of unused equipment Other duties as assigned Education /
Requisite Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent Good written and verbal communications skills preferred Computer literacy preferred with the ability to perform data entry required Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products The candidate must be able and willing to work alone, reporting to an off-site superior Must be at least 18 years of age

Required to have close visual perception to perform activities such as: viewing computer monitors, extensive reading, visual inspections.
