Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of all AV aspects for events, including sound, lighting, video projection, and staging. Coordinate with clients and event organizers to understand their AV needs and deliver tailored solutions. Oversee the training and supervision of AV team members to maintain high standards of service delivery. Assist with heavy lifting and physical setup of large audio-visual components as needed. Requirements Degree/diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Event Production, or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AV experience in hotels, resorts, or large-scale event venues. Technical proficiency in operating event audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, mixers, projectors, lighting rigs, and live sound systems. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, hotel staff, and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky AV gear. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
