We install and support CCTV systems, drive-thru communications, commercial audio, and network infrastructure. We are not a massive corporate shop — and we don't operate like one. We run lean teams, move quickly, and expect our technicians to take ownership of their work. Most of our jobs are for repeat customers, so quality, reliability, and professionalism matter. We work extensively in QSR environments — including McDonald's locations — where uptime and professionalism are non-negotiable. This role is a good fit for someone who: Doesn't need to be micromanaged Takes pride in clean, correct installs Can think through problems in the field Wants to own a market rather than just fill a schedule Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Low Voltage Technician to own our Toledo, OH market. This is a field-based role and you will largely be running the market independently — managing jobs, interfacing with customers, and representing CGS on the ground. You'll work across:

CCTV / IP

camera systems Drive-thru systems (HME and similar platforms) Commercial audio / background music systems Structured cabling and network infrastructure Toledo-based candidates preferred. Open to candidates willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities Install and service low-voltage systems (CCTV, AV, drive-thru, cabling) Run and terminate structured cabling (Cat5e/6) Mount and configure equipment (cameras, speakers, headsets, etc.) Troubleshoot system issues in the field Work directly with restaurant managers and operators when needed Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites CCTV / Networking Expectations For CCTV work, this is not just a cable + camera role.

You should be comfortable with:

Assigning IP addresses to devices Configuring NVRs and remote viewing Working with PoE switches Basic router configuration (port forwarding, connectivity troubleshooting) What We're Looking For 5+ years of low-voltage or relevant field experience Experience in QSR or restaurant environments strongly preferred Experience working with a McDonald's OTP or directly in McDonald's locations is a major plus Ability to work independently and manage a market with minimal oversight Experience with at least two of the following:

CCTV / IP
