About us Phillips Communication Services is a smaller, hands-on low-voltage company. Based in Oologah, serving the Tulsa and surrounding area. We install and service alarms, access control, cameras, commercial AV (audio/video), and broader networking and IT work for commercial and residential customers. You'll work with a tight crew where quality and follow-through matter more than bureaucracy. The role We're hiring a Senior Technician who is strong in the field and comfortable guiding others. You'll run jobs end to end — including commercial AV installs and service alongside alarms, access, and cameras — mentor techs when needed, and keep installs and service calls clean, documented, and customer-ready. Commercial AV is a big part of our work, not a side note.

Pay Salary range:

$50,000

• Install, service, and troubleshoot alarm / intrusion systems
• Install and service access control systems
• Install and service CCTV / camera systems
• Install and service commercial AV (audio/video) systems
• Handle related low-voltage work: structured cabling, networking, rack builds, and basic IT services
• Lead on-site: plan the work, guide helpers or junior techs, and own quality and punch-list closeout
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office; keep notes and photos current
• Maintain tools, vehicle standards, and safe work practices What we're looking for
• Experience installing and servicing access control systems
• Experience installing and servicing alarm systems
• Experience installing and servicing camera systems
• Experience with commercial AV (audio/video) install and service
• Experience with low-voltage work
• Must already hold active Oklahoma licenses/certificates for alarms, access control, and CCTV — we are not training for these; candidates must be licensed before day one
• Solid low-voltage background: networking, racking, and general IT service comfort
• Senior-level experience — someone others can follow on a job site
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks as required for the work
