This role focuses on commissioning, and troubleshooting Crestron and QSC Q‑Sys systems across a variety of commercial environments. What You'll Do Load code, configure, and deploy Crestron and Q‑Sys control systems Commission AV systems onsite, ensuring full functionality and client satisfaction Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across audio, video, networking, and control layers Collaborate with project managers, installers, and clients to deliver reliable, intuitive AV solutions Maintain documentation, system backups, and version control What You Bring Proven experience with Crestron (SIMPL/SIMPL+ or VC‑4) and Q‑Sys Designer Strong troubleshooting skills — able to isolate and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Solid understanding of AV signal flow, DSP configuration, and control system logic Ability to work independently in the field and communicate clearly with clients
Bonus:
